RANCH VIEJO

Ingredients:
1/2 cup CannaSalsa
1 12-ounce can SPAM Jalapeno, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 pound poblano peppers
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup husked and chopped tomatillos

Directions:
In heavy 10-inch skillet, combine poblanos and SPAM Jalapeno; cover.
Cook over medium-high heat 12 to 15 minutes or until poblano skin chars on all sides.

Place peppers in plastic bag; let stand 5 minutes. Remove skin.
Stir tomatillos into skillet.

Slit and stuff roasted poblanos with CannaSalsa and SPAM� mixture. Top with Shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Return to skillet; cover. Reduce heat to low.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve.
