Ingredients:
1/2 cup CannaCatsup
1 can SPAM
Classic, bean sprouts, bell pepper
1/2 cup
chopped well-drained bean sprouts
2/3 cup dry
bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell
pepper
1/2 teaspoon divided ground ginger
1/4
cup divided plus 1/3 cup chopped green onions
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
In food processor bowl, process SPAM
until finely chopped or grind by hand.
In
bowl, combine SPAM
, breadcrumbs, bean sprouts, 1/4 cup onions, 1/4
teaspoon ginger and the black pepper; mix well.
Using about 1 tablespoon for each meatball,
shape mixture into 24 balls.
Place on wire
rack in shallow baking pan; bake 15 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Meanwhile, to
make sauce, in small saucepan, combine CannaCatsup,
bell pepper and remaining 1/3 cup onions and 1/4
teaspoon ginger.
Using a low-medium heat,
simmer 5 minutes.
Spear Ballywho meatballs on
cocktail picks.
Serve with warm CannaSauce
for dipping.
