Ingredients:
1/4 cup CannaButter
1 Can SPAM
Classic
10 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup
cheddar cheese, shredded
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix
everything and place in a greased 9x9 inch baking pan
and bake in a preheated 375F/190C oven until the eggs
have set and the top is a light golden brown, about
20-25 minutes.
Suggestion:: Mix the ingredients,
place them in the greased baking pan, cover and
refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning.
