CHOWDER DOWN

Ingredients:
1/4 cup CannaButter
1 12-ounce can SPAM Teriyaki, cubed
2 32-ounce cans chicken stock or broth (Chicken CannaBroth optional)
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 lb fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
3 1.41-ounce packages ham-flavored concentrate
5 large red potatoes, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
Heat 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat; saut� SPAM in oil 10 to 15 minutes or just until it starts to crisp and brown around edges.

Add onion; saut� 5 minutes longer. Add stock and ham-flavored concentrate; bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.

Add potatoes and beans; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat.

Add CannaButter, parsley flakes; mix well.

Serve.
