Tokyo Road

Ingredients:
1/4 cup  SPAMTeriyaki CannaSauce
1/2 can Spam Teriyaki, diced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cups cooked white rice, 1 to 2 days old
Top with a sunny side up egg, optional


Directions:
Stir together TeriYaki CannaSauce and oyster sauce, set aside.

Heat a little oil in skillet and add spam and onions.

Cook until SPAMis slightly browned.

Add in rice and stir fry until heated through.

Add Cannsauce mixture and stir.

Push rice to side of pan and add beaten egg. Cook until slightly firm and mix with rest of ingredients. Fold in green onions.

Top with a sunny side up egg. Optional.

Serve.

Teriyaki

CannaSauce

Teriyaki CannaSauce
Ingredients:
1/3 cup white CannaSugar
2/3 cup mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
1 cup soy sauce
4 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 dash red pepper flakes
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Bring mirin to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce
heat to medium-low, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and CannaSugar.

Season with garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, and black pepper; simmer an additional 5 minutes.

Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
